Pressed for time, but refuse to give in on your healthy diet?
I’ve got a meal that takes a couple of minutes to make and provides you with a great balance of protein and nutrients. All you need is half of an avocado, a packet of tuna and a little salsa.
In a bowl, empty the tuna packet (packed in water is prefered), half of a ripe avocado and a tablespoon of salsa.
With a fork, mash up the ingredients.
And there you are. A quick meal that’s healthy (and paleo / ketogenic friendly). Need carbs? Spread the mixture on a slice of whole grain or wheat bread. Wash it down with a glass of water.
