2nd District Healthy Cleveland Wellness Challenge Wrap Up

Ninety days has come and gone. I previously blogged about my participation in the 2nd District Healthy Cleveland Wellness Challenge and I am happy to report after three months, I’ve seen some great improvements in my numbers.

Given all of the challenges and stressors I had this winter and spring (work, school, internships), I was shocked at the gains I made.

I would have liked to drop some body fat, but I can focus on that this spring.  I ate clean and healthy and went to the gym at least four days a week, even if it meant arriving after 9 p.m. My gym time was my saving grace from my other demands.

I’ll share a new workout plan in the coming weeks and cannot wait to track my progress as summer arrives.
