In early January, I blogged about counting macros and my decision to give it a shot in trying to reduce my overall body fat and transform my body. And here I am with my first update!
And…counting macros is HARD! I’ve struggled with it, but I’m beginning to understand it. I’m also making some minor tweaks to help achieve the body I want.
On Dec. 22, 2013 I was at 161 lbs. and 16% body fat. And on Feb. 2 I weighed 163 lbs. and 14.8% body fat. Up a bit in weight and down a bit in body fat.
Consuming the proper amount of protein is hard. I’m not sure the volume of powder shakes is all that ideal. Any one have their input or advice to share on counting macros?
