Random workout of the day

Need quick workout? Give the one below a shot.  Remember to warm up, have water on hand and stretch afterwards!

  • Dragon Walk (30 yards)
  • V-sit hold (60 seconds)
  • Close grip pull ups (as many as you can in one set)
  • Air squats/bodyweight squats (35)
  • Reverse crunches (25)
  • 1/2 burpees (15)
  • Chest tap push ups (10)
  • Lawnmowers (4 on each side)

Try and complete 4 rounds in 30 minutes!
