This winter was a struggle for sticking to my diet and fitness regimen. I started out with good intentions, but juggling school, a handful of jobs and brutal weather conditions took its toll. I fell off the wagon a couple of times. But…I’m getting back on that wagon come May 1.
Back to a eating clean and following my macros. Back to dedicated, intense workouts. Back to holding myself accountable (and hoping my readers on here will do the same).
So I present to you below my current photo…yeah…not where I should be.
And here are my stats as of April 22, 2014:

- Height: 5’5″
- Weight: 162 lbs
- Body fat: 17.5%
- Fat weight: 28 lbs
- Essential fat: 8 lbs
- Reserve fat: 28 lbs
- Excess fat: 0
- Lean weight: 132 lbs
- BMI: 26.7
- BMR: 1597 calories
My goal for June 1? Let’s try to knock down my body fat percentage by three percent. I’ll keep you all posted.
