For all of you TRX fans out there, here’s a workout I led my class through at Cleveland State University tonight.
For this workout, you will move for 45 seconds, take 15 seconds to rest and transition to the next, and repeat until you are done with the sequence. Take 2 minutes to catch your breath and repeat until 35 minutes are up!
As always, be sure to warm up and add in 5-7 minutes of stretching after your workout. Enjoy your workout!
