Tuesday TRX Workout

Looking for a fresh TRX workout to add into the mix? Give the following circuit a try.

Perform each exercise for 45 seconds. Rest for 15 seconds and transition to the next exercise. Aim for three rounds, taking about 2 minutes between each to rest and replenish with water.

Be sure to warm up and cool down. And as with any TRX workout, you control the difficulty!
