On July 25 I had the opportunity to meet and train with whom I believe is one of the best fitness professionals out there – Tee Major.
I’ve been following him for years. From his YouTube posts with workouts he leads with our men and women in the military, to his blog posts, and to his comprehensive app. For me, he came along when I hit the wall with fitness. I was beyond tired on the same old weight training routine. I was bored out of my mind with body part splits and the same old sets and reps. Tee Major focuses on innovative, fresh and hybrid workouts. He’s a master at bodyweight training and calisthenics, but also with traditional strength training modes such as free weights and kettlebells. Best of all – he folds all of them into amazing workouts that are fun, fresh and challenging. With his workouts you feel like an athlete or a soldier – not just a meathead in the gym.
I jumped on the chance to work with him when he announced his Bodyweight and Movement Course Level 1 would be held in West Virginia. It was a four hour drive, but absolutely worth it to meet, learn and train with one of the best. I learned plenty of new tips, tricks and insights which are benefiting my clients, group exercise class participants and myself.
