The Countdown Workout

This simple, yet very effective workout will leave you sweaty and ready for a rematch.

FullSizeRender-5It’s very basic.  Perform 10 reps of each of the exercises below.  Then 9 reps…8 reps…you get the point.

  • Bridges
  • Crunches
  • Pushups
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Burpees

Want to make it a little more challenging?  How far can you countdown in 20 minutes? Give it a shot.  Then revisit it on another day and try to beat your number.
