Boxing Conditioning Workout

More and more I’m gravitating to a boxing style of training.  A lot of calisthenics, bodyweight and bag work.  I came up with the following conditioning workout.  Give it a shot!

  • 100 Jump Ropes
  • 10  Pushups
  • 100 Jump Ropes
  • 10 Sumo Squats
  • 100 Jump Ropes
  • 10 Chin Ups
  • 100 Jump Ropes
  • 10 Crunches
  • 100 Jump Ropes
  • 10 Burpees
  • AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) in 30 minutes!
