Take the Title

I’ve really gravitated to a boxing style approach to my workouts.  They are fast, fresh and leave you feeling like a true athlete when you’re done.  Try the workout below when you need to add something new into the mix.  Whether your a boxing pro or a newbie, I’m certain this workout will leave you feeling like a champ!


Warm Up:

1 mile run

2 minutes on the jump rope

Circuit 1:

  • 20 push ups (10 regular, 10 pulsing)
  • 20 squats
  • 10 pull ups
  • 20 cross body crunches


Circuit 2:

4 rounds on the heavy bag.  Each round is 3 minutes with a 1 minute active rest period in-between.  Throw a combo of jabs, crosses, hooks, etc. No bag? Shadow box it out!


3 minutes on the speed bag (or jump rope if no speed bag is available).
