Let me start by saying this is not something I usually do. I’m not one to post shirtless progress pics, but right now I need to be accountable.
I need to be accountable to my clients, my patients and to the fitness community in which I work. My body is not where I want it to be. I’ve come up with a number of excuses: holiday weight gain, winter weight gain, school, stress…one excuse after another.
So I decided to post me. As I am on January 29, 2016. I weight 159 lbs.
My goal? I want to weigh around 150 lbs. I want to build a more lean, athletic physique that will help improve my calisthenics, my boxing and keep me in strong, functional shape for when I work with patients in physical therapy. I want to practice what I preach to my clients, my patients and the fitness community.
Life is busy, but I will eat healthier. I will workout 5-6x a week. And I will make the changes I want to see to be healthier. Stay tuned for periodic updates….
