Here’s what you need to do:
Jump rope for 25x. Then do a burpee.
Jump rope for 25x. Then complete two burpees.
Jump rope for 25x. And three burpees.
Sense a trend? Yes. It’s jump rope with burpee ladders. Work your way up until you can no longer perform with proper form. After every 25 jump rope revolutions, increase your burpee by 1!
