Welcome to December! And welcome to Day 1 of 31 Days of Fitness.
Each day, I will commit myself to fitness and share my workout with all of you. This is my way of ending 2016 on a good note (and trying to catch up with my weight goal for the year!).
My workouts will revolve around bodyweight training, calisthenics, boxing conditioning and TRX. You may, or may not, have access to all of the tools, but hopefully you can use, adapt or inspire a workout of your own. So…let’s get started.
1 mile run
2 minutes of jumping rope
20 lunges followed by 20 squat jacks (x3)
30 Pull ups
