Let’s waste no time…here is my workout for December 2:

TRX Workout:

TRX Cross Over Lunges

TRX Sumo Squats

TRX Chest Press

TRX Pull Ups

TRX “W”Fly

TRX Biceps Curl

TRX Overhead Triceps Extensions

TRX Burpees

10 of each, 3 rounds

 

Boxing: 4 rounds. 3 minutes each. 1 minute rest between

Round 1 – Heavy Bag Punches

Round 2 – Heavy Bag Punches

Round 3 – Shadow Boxing

Round 4 – Heavy Bag Punches
