Day 3: 31 Days of Fitness

Ok, those were two intense days to kick off the month…let’s simplify it for the weekend.

Today’s workout is 30 minutes of cardio.  You choice!! Stick with one or mix and match.  You can run, walk, jump rope, row…you get the idea.
