Day 6: 31 Days of Fitness

Ready to rumble? Today we’re working in the ring.  It’s a boxing style workout.

Warm up with jumping rope for 3 minutes.  No jump rope? Jump like you do.

6 Rounds of Boxing.  3 minute rounds. 1 minute rest between rounds.

  • 4 rounds on the heavy bag
  • 2 rounds shadow boxing

No bag? Shadow box it out for all the rounds!
