Day 13: 31 Days of Fitness

Just how committed am I to this challenge and fitness journey? I got up at 4 a.m. so I could get this workout done before my full-time job, my part-time job and a Cleveland Cavaliers game.  So what’s your excuse?

10 Incline Push Ups

10 Decline Push Ups

10 Wide Grip Push Ups

10 Dips

Repeat 5x
