Day 31: 31 Days of Fitness

It’s finally here!  The last day of my fitness challenge.  And upon publication of this blog and conclusion of the challenge it’s Dec. 31.  The new year is upon us.


So in honor of 2017, I’ve created a 2,017 rep workout.  Knock this bad boy out to ring in the new year!

1000 feet (0.19 miles) of cardio – run, row, swim…your choice

100 Squats

100 Alternating lunges

100 Pushups

100 Calf raises

100 TRX curls (or any type of bicep curl)

100 TRX rows (or any type of row – dumbbell, bodyweight, etc.)

100 TRX overhead triceps extension (or any type of tricep extension)

100 TRX crunches (or regular crunches)

100 Jab/Cross punches

100 Jumping jacks

17 Burpees

Congrats!! The challenge is OVER!!
