Quick and effective full body workout

Short on time, but still need to get a solid workout in?

I’ve got one for you!

Start with 1 minute of jumping jacks followed by 1 minute of hight knees.  Then…

100 pushups

75 squats

50 flutter kicks

25 pull ups

Finish with some light stretching or foam rolling.  That’s it!
