Yeah, it’s been a minute…
I am making slow progress toward my goal. I’m down to 164 lbs. I’d like to be at 155 by end of fall/start of winter.
I’m training solely at home. I even built a little outdoor gym in my backyard. I’m also hoping to find a nice boxing gym where I can just drop in and do my thing, but most gyms around here seem to offer only group cardio boxing classes. I just need some space, some equipment and let me do my own thing.
I am, however, enjoying working out at home. I’m saving money, time from the commute and the frustration of not being able to use what I want, when I want. Let’s see if I can shed 5 lbs by the end of August!
